On the 17th of August I Shadowed the Duty Manager at Energy Australia Stadium during the Knights Storm game. I did my whole 8 hours all at once after tafe, big day. Pretty easy going work though. Mainly did the whole management by walking around. Just made sure all stations had everything that they needed and any extra jobs that needed doing. For e.g. a gas bottle ran out so we changed that over and when we got it back running there was a back log of orders for chips so we helped out for 30 mins or so. All employees were on UHF's and stayed in contact throughout the night. Ov

it was a great experience. I got to do all the hands on tasks like cooking chips when needed cleaning and preperation before the majority of staff arrived. Some of the Pics before patrons and everything opened and during the game. Knights won too so that was good.
